About / Profile
Engineering Intelligent,
Autonomous Systems
I am Deepanshu Bhatore, an AI Engineer and Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and iterating on AI-powered applications. My engineering philosophy combines rigorous software principles with cutting-edge agentic workflows.
At iSDAT, I architected and deployed the Manpower Tracking System (MTS ERP), processing $500K+ in annual payroll with 99.5% uptime. In parallel, I instituted an AI-agent-in-the-loop development process using Cursor AI Composer, producing 70%+ of the production codebase under disciplined architectural oversight.
To safeguard enterprise intellectual property and eliminate cloud API latency, I built and maintain a dedicated local AI cluster on Apple Silicon (Mac Mini M4) running Ollama, Qwen2.5-Coder-32B, and Open WebUI with zero data leaving the local network.
Previously in Melbourne, Australia, I consulted with enterprise clients at BPD Zenith (IBM Maximo technical solutions) and DataTent (data warehouse modeling and CI/CD pipelines), providing me with a robust enterprise foundation that directly informs my work with vector databases, RAG retrieval pipelines, and scalable APIs.

AI Focus & Engineering
Agentic AI Systems
Moving beyond naive prompt-and-response interfaces. My focus is on architecting autonomous agents capable of dynamic reasoning, recursive problem decomposition, tool execution, and self-validation. Using systems like Cursor AI Composer and n8n agentic graphs, I demonstrate how autonomous software agents can reliably generate production software while keeping humans firmly in the loop for architectural governance.
RAG & Local Hardware Stacks
True enterprise AI must be grounded in verified, real-time proprietary data. I actively research and implement semantic chunking, embedding generation, and vector retrieval pipelines for ERP context injection. Furthermore, running a dedicated Apple Silicon M4 server with Ollama ensures enterprise systems benefit from high-velocity model inference with uncompromising data security.
Beyond The Tech
Beyond the Technology
I’m naturally curious and enjoy exploring ideas far outside my immediate field.
I’m fascinated by artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, consumer electronics, hardware, automobiles, software architecture and the future of computing. I also have a deep interest in Indian history, ancient architecture, mythology and the mysteries surrounding ancient civilisations.
I enjoy exploring these subjects because they encourage the same thing I value in technology:
How I Work & Vision
How I Work
I prefer to learn by building.
Rather than simply reading about a technology, I like taking an idea, understanding the underlying architecture, building a working version and then continuously improving it.
I’m comfortable moving between conversations with business stakeholders and technical implementation — translating business requirements into systems, and translating technical possibilities into solutions that people can actually use.
What I’m Building Toward
I’m working toward becoming a technology leader who can bridge business, software engineering and AI.
My long-term goal isn’t simply to become an expert in one particular technology.
It’s to become the kind of person who can look at a complex problem, understand the business behind it, design the technology around it, build the solution, and ultimately create systems that make people and organisations faster, smarter and more efficient.
